Products I Regret Buying.

Hey guys!

So here's a post dedicated to products I regret purchasing. When your trying new makeup there's always a few items you've purchased that either you don't like or they don't work. So here's just a few items that I regret purchasing.

So I'll start off with my Balmi lip balm. So the packaging really attracted me. I had never seen a lip balm like it, and I thought it was so handy that is had a key ring on it so I could hook it to my keys. With this said I have found a few things wrong with the product. I found after a while the lip balm was rather drying and it would burn my lips when I put it on. So I found myself just after applying it rubbing it back off just because the burning was so horrible. I'm really not happy with this product and it was definitely a waste of my money.

The next two products I am going on to is my Wake Me Up concealer and my Natural collection concealer. With the natural collection concealer only being around £2 I automatically grabbed it simply because it was a bargain! I find this concealer has minimal coverage and does leave your skin quite patchy. The Wake Me Up concealer was a complete no go as far as my skin was concerned. The colours are simply too orange toned for my skin and increased my chances of breaking out. This product could work under the eye area but as far as I'm concerned I completely regret purchasing this product.

Moving on to a lipstick now. I had purchased this Natural Collection lipstick ages ago and have worn it probably twice. It is in the colour Cedar and it's a horrible brown colour. It makes me look like I've eaten chocolate and forgot to rub it off my lips. It just makes me look dirty. This product really doesn't go with my skin tone because I am so pale, but this could work on darker skinned women. This wasn't a great loss because it was so cheap but I just hate it.

I've recently been having problems with my skin as I have mentioned in the Dalican T post. So I thought i'd try out Simple's Rapid Action Spot Zapper. This is a roll on gel that you apply directly to the major blemishes. I found this didn't help my spots at all and if anything made them worse. The product just left a slight burning sensation on my skin then made the spot even more inflamed.

Finally the last two products are hair products. The first is a dry shampoo. I usually use Batiste spray just to give my hair a bit of texture and volume and prevent it from going greasy. I found this dry shampoo made my hair greasy and very limp and hard to work with! It does smell nice but just doesn't work, so I'm sticking to my Batiste spray. My final product I am mentioning in this post is a wave spray. I found this in Superdrug and I wasn't expecting amazing results because it was only around £3 but this does absolutely nothing to my hair. It doesn't create any sort of wave but it does leave your hair feeling very dry. I really don't like this product and wouldn't recommend it to anyone who wants some sort of effortless wave to their hair because it just doesn't work.

I hope I have helped guys!

Spikes.

Hey guys here's another outfit for you.

So I'm just wondering whether I could get some feedback on my blog. Leave a comment below saying what you'd like to see on my blog whether it's outfits, reviews, haul's etc. Thank you.

Anyway... So this outfit is pretty basic but you can dress it up or down.

Cardigan - H&M
Dress - Topshop
Leggings - Primark
Doc's - Buzz.

I also am wearing this amazing spiked head band. I was watching Sunbeamsjess' channel and she had one on and I was just like I need it! So I ordered one on Ebay and this was around £3 something! This just adds a grungy feel to the outfit.

I also added this spiked bracelet too! You can get a spiked bracelet pretty much anywhere now, but this one is from Internacionale.

Hope you enjoyed guys!

Party Outfit.

Hey guys, here's an outfit I wore ages ago for a Friend's Birthday.

I love this skirt, it has to be my fave skirt.

Shirt - New Look (I advise to wear a vest top underneath as it is rather sheer)
Skirt - Monki
Tights - Primark
Shoes - Topshop
Necklace - Chicnova

Makeup wise I wore my Liz Earle Tinted Moisturizer in the lightest shade. Benefit's Dandelion blusher, Collection 2000's Lasting Perfection Concealer, MUA's Heaven and Earth Palette (Bronze and Champagne colours). A winged liner (Maybeline's Gel Liner) and Telescopic Mascara by L'Oreal.

Skulls & Crosses.

Hey guys!

Here's another outfit for you.

Here it is all put together. Layering is essential this season; so I decided to add a jumper underneath the Leather jacket for warmth.

Here is the jumper. It's a recent purchase from New Look. It was £19.99 and it has a small zip at the back. This jumper is so warm and comfortable. I also added a cross necklace from Topshop.

The Leather jacket was also from New Look and so was the skull and cross scarf.

Jeans are from Blue Banana.

I am in love with these shoes! They are from Matalan and were £10! Bargain!

Here is a close up of the scarf.

Cranberry Joy Shower Gel Review.

Hey guys!

Here's a review on the Cranberry Joy shower gel from the Body Shop.

Last month I purchased the Spiced Pumpkin shower gel and was in love with it! The scent was gorgeous and it lasted for a long time. Unfortunately the Spiced Pumpkin shower gel was limited addition :( So I thought I'd try out the Cranberry Joy to get into the festive spirit. This smells absolutely amazing! Their is a subtle sweetness to it, so the scent isn't sickly.

When I began using this shower gel I found it very nice and the scent lingered. Unfortunately the second time I used it wasn't a good experience. I started noticing my skin was becoming irritated and dry. I thought nothing of it and just applied a moisturizer. I just assumed that the harsh cold weather was to blame. So I used it for the third time and yet again my skin became irritated, but this time I noticed a rash was forming around my neck and on my arms. Now just as a disclaimer I would like to say I do suffer from Eczema, so my skin is sensitive to some products. I had to stop using it and stick to a Simple brand. I figured that they may have changed the formula of the shower gel, the reason I thought this was because my last Body Shop shower gel didn't irritate my skin what so ever.

I'm not saying that you shouldn't buy this product because Body Shop is normally very good but if you do have sensitive skin I definitely think you should give this product a miss.

Hope I helped!

Another outfit idea for you today. This outfit is smart but wearable. Shopping, work or just going out for coffee, this outfit will work.

This outfit can be dressed down by wearing a loose t-shirt instead of a shirt. Also you could replace the boots with converse or Chelsea boots.
